No, it has long not been a part of education here just like in the US. Naturally, what’s going on in that video is way over the top as it’s part of a game.
These guys are all comedians, and they have to spend 24 hours in a High School without laughing. The problem is the school is full of other comedians who try and make them laugh, plus they themselves are comedians too so they try and make each other laugh just so they can see their friends getting beat.
